We’ve being trying our hand at some vegetarian meals recently. Earlier this week we made this delicious Caramelized Onion & White Bean Flatbread and loved it! Important to know: we bought whole wheat pizza dough that made the whole meal come together quick and easy.
Pizza Dough $0.99
Navy Beans $0.57
Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies $0.79
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (price of half a bag) $0.86
Freebies: EVOO, salt, oregano, water, white wine vinegar, a few shakes parmesan cheese (because it was on hand)

And once it came out…
This made enough for us both to eat for dinner last night and lunch today – that’s less than a dollar for the main part of 4 meals!
