When I saw this recipe had meat + peppers + cheese, I knew it’d be right up our ally (husband especially for the first two ingredients, me for the third). The burger itself is like a fancy, personal size meatball or meatloaf. We had pepper jack cheese, red onions, extra jalapenos, avocado slices, and mayo on our burgers. So spicy, but so very good!
With summer coming, it’ll be bringing lots of dinners from the grill, so we’ll be sure to have this again (and again, and again) : )
